Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full with no credit issued.  Reschedules are at the discretion of the company.

No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%, with no credit issued. Cancellations between 24 hours and seven days of tour start are given credit for a future tour or charged 50% of total cost.

Tours depart on time.  In order to maintain tour schedules, we cannot wait for late arrivals.  No shows due to late arrival are charged 100% with no credit issued. 

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. 

Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on any of our public tours unless expressly specified by the tour owner for specialty tours.  No exceptions. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only on private charters. Chicago Hauntings reserves the right to prohibit tour entry to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated or otherwise disorderly--or to remove anyone who disrupts the tour, for inebriation or any other reason.  No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Chicago Hauntings assumes no responsibility for delays, cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of roads, trails, bays, rivers, lakes, harbors, and any other conditions beyond control, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers. Chicago Hauntings cannot assume responsibility for travel expenses associated with cancelled or delayed tours, including parking fees, hotels or other accomodations, plane, train or other travel tickets, automobile or other travel-related expenses, etc. Not responsible for loss or damage to property.

On some tours and activities the size of the vehicle depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day. Chicago Hauntings reserves the right to use the vehicle of its choice for any of its tours.
